Is this an emergency?

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. Call 999 for emergencies, or 101 for non-emergency police.

What to report

What should I report?

If something doesn't feel right, tell us. You don't have to be certain. We'd rather hear about it than not.

  • Suspected abuse, neglect, or grooming behaviour
  • Harassment or discriminatory behaviour
  • Boundary violations or inappropriate conduct
  • Concerns about a member of staff or volunteer
