Pups In The Park is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone. By attending our events, you agree to abide by these rules. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave.
Rules & Safety
Consent & Respect
- "Cosplay is not Consent." Always ask for explicit verbal permission before touching anyone or their gear.
- Respect "No Touch" tags absolutely. If someone says "no", respect that immediately.
- Please use people's preferred pronouns.
Public Decency
- Our events are held in public parks. All behaviour, attire, and conversation must be PG-rated.
- Gear must not be explicitly sexual or fetishistic. Sexual behaviour of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Photography & Media
- Always ask for permission before taking photos or videos of specific individuals.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, inform the photographer.
- Official Content Team members wear a Black Lanyard with a Purple ID Tag.
Medical Safety
- Many attendees have severe allergies. Ask about allergies before sharing food.
- If you have a serious medical condition, inform a Medic (Green Lanyard) upon arrival.
- Carry your own necessary medication at all times.
Age Groups
Under 13
Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+) at all times.
13–17
Strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, tobacco, vapes and cigarettes.
18–29
Expected to model appropriate behaviour for younger attendees.
30+
Reserved for guardians, registered carers, or approved volunteers.
